Anvela plans

Anvela is online software. Nothing is shipped. A plan or add-on you pay for is active as soon as Paystack confirms the payment, and your receipt is emailed to you and kept in Plan & billing.

Anvela Market: who delivers

Each shop on Anvela Market delivers its own orders or has them ready for pickup. Anvela does not carry goods.

Where, how much and how fast

• Each shop lists the areas it delivers to, with a delivery fee and a time for each area, from the same day up to 14 days. You see these at checkout, before you pay.
• Pickup is free, at the shop's pickup point shown at checkout.
• Delivery time is counted from when the shop accepts your order. Each shop shows how many hours it takes to accept.

Following your order

Your order page and notifications show each step: accepted, packed, out for delivery or ready for pickup, and delivered.

Your order page shows a 4-digit delivery code. Give it to the rider, or at the counter, only when you have your items. The code confirms that you received them.

If delivery is late or fails

• If your order has not arrived by the expected day, report it from your order page. Anvela hears both sides and decides within 48 hours.
• If a delivery fails, or a pickup order is not collected, because you were not available, the shop tries once more at a time you agree. If the order is still not delivered or collected 7 days after the first attempt, it is cancelled and you are refunded for the items, less the delivery fee already spent.
• Check your items when they arrive. If something is wrong, damaged or missing, report it from your order page. Returns and refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Bookings

A booked service is given at the shop or where you and the shop agree, at the time you booked. Nothing is shipped.
